D25mm Wheat Straw Cosmetic Squeeze Tube with Screw Cap

Wheat Straw Screw Cap & Controlled Dispensing. A one-piece hinged cap molded in wheat straw-filled polyolefin, matching the tube body. It flips open one-handed, stays tethered to the tube, and re-closes on a firm snap. The integrated sealing plug and molded orifice deliver smooth, controlled extrusion for lotions and creams, and lock out leakage and contamination in transit.

Wheat Straw Body & Barrier Options. Wheat straw fiber is compounded into the outer PE layer for a warm, natural-fleck finish, while the inner layer stays virgin PE for direct formula contact. Choose a 2-layer PE build for a cost-effective mono-material structure, or 5-layer EVOH for sensitive formulas; PCR and bio-based grades are also available.

Bespoke Branding & Decoration. Matte soft-touch or vibrant gloss base with 1–6 color offset, silk screen, hot stamping, and 360° full-wrap printing as shown on the sample; the cap can be color-matched to your artwork or pad-printed. Natural straw flecks read through translucent finishes, so specify an opaque base coat when a solid brand color is required.

Lower Total Landed Cost. Tube plus one-piece cap means two components, no liner and no separate wad: the pack packs denser and weighs less than rigid bottles, cutting export shipping cost per unit.
