RF Packaging designs and manufactures cosmetic and personal care packaging — tubes, bottles, sprayers, airless and vacuum pump containers, and refillable formats — for brand owners, distributors and contract manufacturers worldwide. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect and why. When you enquire, request a quote or order, we collect your name, company, business email, telephone, country, shipping and billing address, the products you ask about, the artwork or private-label files you send, payment details and your messages. Our website records your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and approximate location through cookies. We use it to reply, quote, send samples, make and ship your order, arrange carriage and customs clearance, invoice you and keep our systems secure. Our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legal obligations, our legitimate interests, and your consent for marketing, which you can withdraw at any time. Delivery address and telephone number are required on the shipping and customs documents, so we cannot deliver without them.

 

What is protected, and what we never do. Your browsing records, registration and enquiry details, message content, artwork and private-label files, order history and payment references are confidential. We never sell, rent, publish or trade them, never disclose them to other customers, and never reuse your artwork, moulds or tooling for another buyer. We do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.

 

Who we share it with. Only the carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers delivering your goods, our banks and payment providers, our hosting and IT providers, and our accountants and lawyers — under written contracts, only on our instructions — and to authorities where the law requires it.

 

Cookies. Necessary cookies keep the site running. Analytics and preference cookies are set only with your consent; our banner lets you accept or refuse, and you can change your choice at any time.

 

Transfers. We are based in China, so data is processed here and by our providers elsewhere. Transfers from the EEA or UK rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses; ask us for a copy.

 

Retention. Enquiries and quotations [24] months; order, invoice, payment and customs records as required by tax and customs law 10 years; artwork, mould and tooling files for your project plus 10years; marketing records until you opt out.

 

Your rights. EEA and UK residents may also complain to their supervisory authority, or contact our EU representative.

 

California residents. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Security. Data travels over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection — look for the padlock. Internal access is limited to staff who need it, and our servers are backed up, updated and monitored. Card payments are processed by payment provider; we never store your full card number.
