D40mm PBL Squeeze Tube with Flip-top Cap

PBL (Plastic Barrier Laminate) Tube — PE / EVOH / PE:An all-plastic barrier tube with an EVOH core instead of aluminum foil. It delivers oxygen and aroma barrier for sensitive formulas, resists flex cracking and pinholes in transit, recovers its shape after squeezing, and takes multi-colour offset printing with fine halftone detail. Matte, gloss, soft-touch and hot stamping available. Every PE tube in our range can also be produced in PBL on request — same diameter, same cap, same artwork.

Any PE tube in our range can be produced in PBL:Diameters, cap options, orifice styles, artwork and decoration stay exactly the same — only the wall construction changes. Send us your formula and we will confirm whether PBL is the right upgrade for it. PBL suits most oxygen-sensitive skincare, cleansing and body care products; formulas with a very high solvent or fragrance load may still perform better in ABL, and we will tell you so before you commit to a tooling run.

Surface Handling

Tube surface finishing covers frosted and glossy options. Frosted produces a low-gloss matte surface with strong fingerprint resistance; glossy applies a bright, smooth sheen for maximum print-color vibrancy.

We offer four printing methods: Offset Printing for fine multi-color detail, Screen Printing for bold opaque colors, Hot Stamping for premium metallic effects, and Labeling for cost-effective short runs.
