D30mm ABL Squeeze Tube with Screw Cap

D30mm ABL Tube with Screw or Flip-Top Cap — 25–70ml, One Profile:One 30mm tube covers 25–70ml (60–132mm length). Travel and full-size SKUs share one profile and one cap family: one artwork set, faster reorders.

Cap Options:Threaded screw cap for a premium feel, or a one-hand flip-top with self-closing orifice. Sized orifices control cream, lotion and foundation flow; the sealing plug stops transit leaks.

Aluminum Barrier:ABL laminated tubing with a continuous aluminum foil layer blocks oxygen, light and fragrance loss. Standard ABL, or 5-layer high-barrier laminate for sensitive formulas.

Decoration:Matte soft-touch or gloss lacquer base, with up to 6-color offset, silk screen, hot stamping and 360° full-wrap printing.

Cost & OEM:Lighter and denser-packing than rigid bottles, cutting freight per unit. Custom lengths 55–130mm, orifice, cap plating, colors and printing — mockup to mass delivery in-house.

Surface can be gloss or matte, with offset, silk-screen or hot-stamp decoration, and PP screw or flip-top caps. Transparent bodies and mono-material recyclability are not available in ABL.

Yes. The tube supports Pantone color customization, customized logos and several decoration options, including offset printing, silk screen printing, hot stamping and labeling.
